New Diet!

As of today this is my daily diet/cardio/training regimen

45 min of cardio 4 days a week before bkfast
60 min cardio 2 days a week (non lifting days)
4 days a week lifting
1 day OFF!


Meal #1
6 egg whites
2 servings cream of rice
Meal #2
5oz lean meat
3/4 cup brown rice
1 cup veges
Meal #3
5oz lean meat
3/4 cup brown rice
1 cup veges
Meal #4
5oz lean meat
6oz baked potato
1 cup veges
Meal #5
4oz lean meat
1 cup veges
BRING IT.
